Using call delegation in Teams Calling
You can pick someone in Teams to be your delegate—to receive and make calls on your behalf. When you add a delegate, you’re essentially sharing your phone line with them, so they can see and share all of your calls.
Adding a Delegate
 Teams app on computer
	- Click on the three horizontal dots next to your profile picture in the upper right corner of the screen, select Settings.

	- With the General tab highlighted, scroll down to the Delegation section.

	- Click on Manage delegates.

	- By default, you will see the people that have made you a delegate. To add a delegate for yourself you need to click on Add delegate.

	- Look up the person that you want to add as a delegate and click on their name.

	- Determine what level of access you want your delegate to have. Make calls, Receive calls, or Change call and delegate settings.
